Kutecart Shipping Policy

At Kutecart, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipment Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within [1-3] business days.
  • Holidays & Weekends: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holidays), processing times may be extended by [2-4] business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect address information. Kutecart is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We [do / do not] ship to certain P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: We currently ship within India. International orders may be subject to longer transit times and customs delays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kutecart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Kutecart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist where possible:

  • Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Kutecart cannot be held responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
