Refund and Returns Policy

At Kutecart, we take quality seriously. To maintain the lowest prices and ensure the integrity of our inventory, we have a strict return process designed to protect both the buyer and the seller.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To safeguard against fraudulent claims, Kutecart requires a mandatory unboxing video for all return, exchange, or refund requests.
- The Video Must: Be a single, continuous, and unedited video clip.
- The Start: The video must begin by showing the shipping label (clearly legible) and all sides of the sealed, untampered package.
- The Process: You must open the package and inspect the item(s) on camera.
- The Issue: Any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be clearly visible in the video.
Important: Failure to provide a valid, unedited unboxing video within the return window will result in the immediate denial of your claim. This is non-negotiable.
2. 48-Hour Reporting Window
We offer a strict 2-day (48-hour) return window.
- You must initiate your return request within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the carrier.
- After 48 hours, all sales are considered final, and Kutecart will not be liable for any discrepancies or damages.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and unworn).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and inserts included.
- The request must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.
- Personal care goods (beauty products, intimates).
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
5. Return Process
- Submit Request: Email [support@kutecart.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order Number and attach your Unboxing Video.
- Review: Our team will review the footage within [2-3] business days.
- Approval: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
- Rejected: If the item is returned in a condition different from the unboxing video, or shows signs of use, the refund will be denied and the item returned to you at your expense.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of arrival, as proven by your unboxing video.
